When Dean came out to inspect, he did a quick, no charge repair. That didn't hold, though, so the repair was scheduled and done in two days, roofing the first day and downspouts on the second. Project Manager Peter Forde went above and beyond to assist us through the process, and oversee the project every step of the way. The installation team was fantastic as well. Everything was installed with expertise and cleaned up after the install. I contracted with John McCool after he inspected my home for hail damage. He was present when the insurance adjuster came and found a lot of damage the adjuster overlooked. John fought a long battle on my behalf when insurance denied coverage for various items. He made many calls, researched, provided evidence/documentation, and refused to take no for an answer. After months of fighting, insurance honored all claims. John came to my home around ten times, despite living three hours away. His communication was top-notch; updating me on the status of claims and informing of dates and times of when workers would be at my home. He was extremely responsive, professional, and friendly with all my questions and concerns. John aims to please and made this one of the best customer service experiences I've had. You will not find a better contractor. We had a massive storm rip through the city in the spring that dropped golfball sized hail everywhere. We had the opportunity to work with John McCool during our repairsnto the siding and gutters. Our roof was excluded before an insurance claim due to a metal roof exclusions, but we had work that needed to be done to it anyway and John was happy to help. As it was a repair and replacement of only a portion of the roof he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good color match on the existing roof. After a severe hailstorm in our area, so many houses were damaged and we were overwhelmed with companies offering to do our repairs. We met with Justin McCoy from ABC and he was very up front with us about what they offered and what their history was. I checked them out and everything he claimed matched what I was seeing so we worked with them. We had already contacted our insurance and ABC was able to be there the day the adjuster did the inspection. They worked well together and we had our estimate and quote within a few days. The work was done well, on time and as promised. Justin was able to give us a visualization of what the colors would look like on the house. I've attached that image as well. Even with material delays from the high demand in our area, the work was completed quickly. Justin was communicative and delivered on his promises. The crews doing the work were friendly and cleaned up my yard afterward. The work crews also communicated well with me when they needed to do anything they were unclear about. ABC could not have been more helpful and efficient. A year after a siding install I hit the edge of the garage. They came in a couple days and fixed my mess up and did not charge me.
